I love clam chowder in a bread bowl, but regular clam chowder is very high in fat!  I should make low fat one myself, but I am lazy…

Campbell Chunky Healthy Request New England Clam Chowde

I have tried a few different low fat clam chowders, but Campbell Chunky Healthy Request New England Clam Chowder is one of the better one.

Ingredients:

  • Low fat clam chowder
  • Round bread
材料:

  • 低脂肪のクラムチャウダー(1缶)
  • ブレッド
  1. Heat up the clam chowder
  2. Slice off the top of the bread bowl and cut out the bread part.
  3. Pour heated clam chowder in the bread bowl
  1.  缶のクラムチャウダーを鍋に入れて中火で暖めます
  2. チャウダーを暖めてる間に丸いパンの上を切って中身もナイフで丸く切って取り出します。
  3. 暖まったチャウダーをブレッドボールに入れて出来上がり!
 Regular clam chowder has 16-20g of fat, but this one has 3g of fat and 5g of protein.  This is high in sodium, though.  普通のチャウダーは16-20gの脂肪分が含まれているけど私が使ったのは3g。いろいろ試したけどこれは味もまあまあ。塩分は結構高いです。
