What’s in my smoothie?


So we are making veggie and fruit smoothie every day.  What’s in it?  A lot!

Apple, cauliflower, kale, cucumber, carrots, beets, celery, banana, pineapple, ginger, broccoli, lemon, blueberries, avocado, grapefruits, kelp powder, brown rice protein powder, flax seed meal, chia seed meal, chlorella, very green powder, goji berry and sometimes cocoa nibs.   For liquid, I have OJ, almond milk, water, aloe vera, calcium/magnesium and acai juice.

I cut up all the veggies and fruits into small pieces and put in containers since I don’t have time to chop them up every morning.   I drink this throughout the day.  Sometimes I just have this and a few pieces of nuts for lunch.  It is very filling.  My husband has this everyday also.
